The jean is designed on the computer — then cut in the factory.
A photo is not a factory file. In Turkey a designer builds your denim tech pack in CAD: flats, a POM size chart in centimetres, stitch and wash notes. We sew the first sample from that file. Produce with us, or take the pack to another mill.
The designer’s desk
Not a moodboard. A file a cutter can follow.
Inspiration lives in Pinterest. Production lives in millimetres: rise, knee, hem, pocket-bag depth, bartacks, wash recipe. We sit at the computer in Turkey and write that — then the line sews it.
How the pack is made
From sketch on screen to cloth on the rail
Send a photo or a drawing. We turn gaps into questions. Typically about 6–8 weeks (never shorter than about 6 weeks), even on stock fabric. Complex wash or sourced fabric stays in that window.

1. Design on CAD
The jean is drawn as a factory flat — not a fashion illustration. Construction and hardware sit on the same sheet.

2. Size chart (POM)
Waist, hip, rise, thigh, knee, inseam, hem — with tolerances. Without this, grading multiplies the error.

3. Sample
We sew from that file. Fit comments become a revision sample — a new clock, not a free recut of a vague brief.

4. You choose
Produce with us in any quantity, or take the pack elsewhere. Either way the document should be written here.
The size chart is the product
A photo has no centimetres. This is what we lock before the first cut in Turkey.

Before you commission a pack
Do you design the tech pack on the computer?
Yes. CAD flats, construction, stitch callouts and a POM table in centimetres. That is the job — not a moodboard PDF.
Can you write the pack if we produce elsewhere?
Yes. A pack written on a real denim line in Turkey travels. You can sew bulk at another mill.
Do you quote production from a photo?
No. Photos and briefs are not a pack. The sample is quoted from the file we write. No minimum order after the sample.
Centimetres on the table, not in a moodboard
POM, stitch density and hardware sit in the factory file. The first sample is sewn from that file. Typically 6–8 weeks, never shorter than about 6 weeks.
